External Source: Hide or Unhide Candidates in Search Results

What’s new?

You can now hide or unhide candidates who appear in external job board search results when sourcing external candidates. Hidden candidates remain hidden across searches until you choose to unhide them.

• To hide a candidate, click Actions > Hide Candidate. The candidate tile collapses.

  

• On a collapsed tile, click Show Candidate to preview options.

  

• You can then choose Unhide Candidate to restore the tile to its original state, or Keep Hidden to collapse it again.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement helps users manage external search results more efficiently by hiding candidates who are not relevant, already reviewed, or otherwise not a fit. It keeps search results focused and reduces visual clutter for faster sourcing decisions.

How do I enable this?

No setup is required. This update is enabled automatically for customers using Bullhorn Search AND Match with job boards enabled.
